depth-oriented Psychotherapy
Each of us carries a story—a mosaic of dreams, joys, wounds, and desires. Sometimes, that story feels fractured, tangled in confusion, pain, shame, or fear, leaving us uncertain of who we are or how we fit into the world. You might feel disconnected from your joy, or as if the weight of grief, anxiety, or strained relationships have eclipsed the life you long to have. It’s in these moments, amidst the messiness and struggle, that our work begins.
I believe therapy is about getting to know yourself—the real you, beneath the expectations, the patterns, and the past—so that you can live with more freedom and authenticity. Our feelings, our struggles, our joys all have stories to tell. I am here to listen to these stories. To linger in them with you, with curiosity and care, to explore their contours and meanings. My conviction is that we heal in relationships, with ourselves, with others, with the histories we carry. Therapy is a place where we’ll listen to those stories together, getting to know you, gaining understanding, untangling old patterns, and making room for a life that feels wholly your own.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and inquiring. I value spending the time it takes to get to know you. Together, we’ll create space to make connections, understand what healing looks like for you, and foster a deeper connection to yourself, your story, and what truly matters to you.
