I believe that understanding our past helps illuminate our present. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and attachment-focused, meaning we’ll gently explore how your early relationships have influenced who you are today. We’ll work together to uncover patterns that might be holding you back, understand the “why” behind your feelings, and work to transform your relationships in ways that feel more fulfilling.

We’ll typically meet weekly, creating a consistent rhythm that helps us dive deeper as we go. I won’t rush you—we’ll move at whatever pace feels right for you, honoring your readiness to explore different aspects of your experience.
